What we make
Our products are OptiNet, which runs billing and network operations for internet service providers, and EMILock, which lets phone retailers sell on instalments and lock a handset when a payment is missed. More are in development.
Each product is aimed at one industry and goes deep into it: the payment gateways it uses, the hardware it runs on, and the reports its accountants ask for. We would rather be the obvious choice for one kind of business than a generic tool for everyone.
How our products start
Most of them began as a problem a real business brought to us — one that spreadsheets and imported software could not solve. We built it for them, ran it in production, and turned it into a product once other businesses needed the same thing.
That is still how we pick what to build next. If your industry is missing the software it deserves, we would like to hear about it.
Who we are
A small team of engineers, designers and one very persistent QA lead, working from Dhaka. The people who build a product are the people who support it — there is no outsourced help desk in between.
