1. Our products
We provide our products as hosted software on a subscription. The plan you choose — or the order form we agree with you — sets the features, the limits (such as the number of customers, devices or users) and the price.
Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Setup, data import and training, where they apply, are quoted and billed separately before they start.
If an invoice stays unpaid for fifteen days after its due date, we may limit your account to read-only access until it is paid. We tell you before we do, and we never delete data because a payment is late.
3. Your data
Everything you put into our products — your customers, invoices, devices and records — belongs to you. We process it only to run the service for you.
You can export your data at any time. When a subscription ends we keep your data for thirty days so you can take it with you, then delete it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes, and to have the right to the data, devices and third-party accounts you connect to them. EMILock may only be used on devices sold under an instalment agreement that the buyer has accepted.
You are responsible for the accounts of your staff, and for keeping their passwords private.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep every product available around the clock and schedule maintenance outside business hours where we can. Support is available by phone and email during business hours, and for outages at any time.
Updates are included in every subscription. We may change or retire a feature, but we will tell you in advance if it is one you rely on.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers or internet connections, or by decisions you take using the software. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.
7. Ending a subscription
You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for. We may end a subscription for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with written notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
