What this website collects
The contact form opens your own email client — the message is not stored on this site. What you send us by email or phone we keep in our inbox and customer records so we can reply and, if you subscribe, so we can support you.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We keep basic server logs of page requests for troubleshooting and delete them regularly.
Customer information
For customers we hold contact details, subscription and billing records, and support history. We keep them for as long as the subscription lasts and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires.
We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our team except where the law requires it.
Data in our products
The data you store in our products — your own customers, their payments, devices and records — is yours. We act only on your instructions with it: we do not use it for anything except running the service, and our staff access it only when you ask for support or to keep the service running.
It is stored encrypted, backed up daily, and deleted thirty days after your subscription ends.
Applicants
CVs and portfolios sent to us are kept for one year so we can come back to you when a role opens, then deleted. Ask us at hello@fullstack.bd and we will delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@fullstack.bd and we will reply within one working day.
